About The Position

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team for a long-term, full-time project. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on developing and integrating generative AI solutions into enterprise cloud environments. While 5 years of experience is required, we are open to candidates with more or less experience if they demonstrate a strong hands-on development capability and the right skill set.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering.
• Hands-on development experience.
• Proficiency with LLM/AI tools: Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API.
• Experience architecting RAG pipelines.
• Experience integrating generative AI into enterprise cloud environments.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex model outputs for various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.

Nice To Haves

• 2-4 years of experience in the manufacturing domain.
• Experience with shop floor operations, production planning, and systems like MES, SCADA, and ERP.
• Proficiency in industrial protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus).
• Applied experience with OEE, Six Sigma, SPC, and lean methodologies to drive improvements in yield, uptime, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement RAG pipelines using Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI API.
• Integrate generative AI solutions into enterprise cloud environments.
• Translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for operations and executive stakeholders.
• Develop and deploy AI models using Python, R, and SQL.
• Bridge Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems for real-time data extraction.
