About The Position

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to scope, timeline and budget. This includes directing or advising internal/external resources in a matrixed organization and coordinating the efforts of team members to ensure the timely delivery of projects. You will make an impact by: Overseeing detailed engineering, manufacturing, factory customer acceptance testing, and delivery in a fast-paced engineer to order environment. Order content review, engineering approval process (submittal, on-board approval, and return), certified order planning. Proactively lead changes in project scope to improve success and minimize risk to the customer and the company. Order content manager, delivery date management, final ship, and location/call ahead function. Project Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Readiness review process, planner, and process execution owner. Maintain the relationships across support Project Manager Peers as well as internal partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is strongly desired, although Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field will also be considered
  • Minimum of 2 years in the Manufacturing industry in an engineering role
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
