About The Position

IQVIA Media OS Engineering is seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with 2–4 years of experience who are passionate about applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve complex, real-world problems. As an AI Engineer, you will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment alongside an AI Architect, Data Scientists, and Senior AI Engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions powering our next-generation media platform.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field
2–4 years of experience in: AI/ML Engineering, or Software Engineering with exposure to machine learning
Strong programming expertise in: Python
Experience with at least one ML framework: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts: Model training and evaluation, Overfitting and regularization, Feature engineering
Hands-on experience with: Data processing and transformation, Feature engineering techniques
Familiarity with: REST APIs and microservices architecture, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong: Analytical and problem-solving skills, Communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Experience working with: Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Recommendation systems
Exposure to MLOps practices, including: CI/CD pipelines, Model deployment and monitoring
Familiarity with big data technologies: Apache Spark, Databricks

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and AI algorithms
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
Build and integrate ML models into production systems, APIs, and applications
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation
Conduct model experimentation, tuning, and performance optimization
Support deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of models in production
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices
Contribute to the development of reusable ML components and frameworks
Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and industry trends
