About The Position

Adidev Technologies is seeking an adept Machine Learning Engineer to deploy advanced machine learning models, particularly Generative AI. The role involves crafting and refining AI-driven solutions that turn ideas into valuable features and services for clients. The engineer will take part in the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from understanding business requirements through deployment and monitoring, and collaborate across functions to integrate Generative AI into products and services. The position calls for experience developing AI or machine learning solutions on platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Azure, Google Cloud, and OpenAI, along with a software engineering or data engineering background. Candidates should have hands-on experience with deep learning, LLMs, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks, and experience putting ML/AI systems into production. Adidev describes itself as an IT consulting firm serving large enterprises and startups. It offers teaching and development, support from development managers and subject matter experts, project-placement support, and opportunities to gain industry experience. The role is open only to US citizens, Green Card holders, and GC-EAD holders; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

Experience architecting and developing AI or machine learning solutions on platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Azure, Google Cloud, and OpenAI.
A software engineering and/or data engineering background, especially with one of the major cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with deep learning, LLMs, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.
Experience putting ML/AI systems into production and ability to discuss best practices and pitfalls.
Must be a US citizen, Green Card holder, or GC-EAD holder; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Architect and refine sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms, translating complex datasets into actionable solutions.
Participate in the full lifecycle of data modeling projects, from understanding business requirements to deployment and monitoring.
Perform data analysis, including preprocessing and feature engineering, and use Generative AI algorithms to develop novel solutions.
Collaborate across functions to integrate Generative AI models into offerings and enhance product capabilities and user experiences.
Analyze large datasets using advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Optimize data preprocessing, feature engineering, and algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to extract insights and inform strategic decisions.
Keep current with and implement ML trends, tools, and best practices, including AutoML, MLOps, and interpretability frameworks.
Promote compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, emphasizing ethical AI practices.
