About The Position

The AI Engineer designs, builds, and deploys Python-based AI and LLM applications and develops REST APIs and scalable enterprise solutions. The role also builds AI-powered data analytics and self-service platforms, optimizes data pipelines for performance and scalability, and collaborates with Risk stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions. It provides technical leadership and architecture guidance and mentors engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong Python development skills with FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications.
• Solid SQL, data modeling, and data engineering fundamentals.
• Expertise in concurrency, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
• Experience with testing, production support, and system reliability.
• Strong architectural design and technical leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, or Talk-to-Data solutions.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or Redis.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and DevOps/GitOps.
