You will run business-unit engagements with guidance from the Head of AI Enablement, carry much of the hands-on building and training, and help create the prompts, skills, and best practices that the whole firm relies on. It’s an ideal role for a high-ownership self-starter who loves turning real-world problems into working AI solutions and is excited to grow as the function scales.

  • Hands-on ability to build custom agents, skills, and prompt workflows (no-code/low-code) within current enterprise AI tools. Deep coding and integrations are handled by partner IT teams.
  • High ownership and a fast-learning, self-starting mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong communication skills; able to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences and run engaging training.
  • Good judgment with sensitive data and awareness of governance and risk.

Nice To Haves
