About The Position

The role is hands-on, customer-facing, and focused on helping customers realize value at scale. The successful candidate will ensure customers launch AI solutions that are used and produce business results; deployments proceed smoothly, on schedule, and against defined success metrics; and customers finish deployment confident and prepared to scale. The manager will also bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives and turn complexity into forward progress. The role works with cutting-edge AI and collaborates with customers and teams across product, engineering, and go-to-market. Requirements

Experience leading technical or AI-driven SaaS implementations.
