About The Position

Hightouch is seeking an AI Creative Designer, Email to join their team. This role is crucial in demonstrating the capabilities of Hightouch's Agentic Marketing Platform, which empowers enterprise marketers to create and ship end-to-end campaigns using their own data, guidelines, and voice. The platform aims to generate on-brand email and lifecycle creative at a speed and quality previously unattainable. The AI Creative Designer will collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team, translate brand guidelines into effective AI workflows, and produce creative work that influences both customers and the product itself. This role offers the opportunity to define how leading brands build email with AI and to see work ship to millions of inboxes.

Requirements

  • A portfolio showcasing real lifecycle programs, email campaigns, and product launches, ideally with AI integrated into the workflow.
  • Deep email design experience with a strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and cross-client/device rendering.
  • Deep AI fluency, including experience testing and integrating generative models, and pushing them to achieve specific looks.
  • Experience working directly with sophisticated marketing teams, navigating brand reviews, legal, and approval processes.
  • Lifecycle marketing literacy, understanding the balance between aesthetics and engagement/revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated 'taste' in creative work, with the ability to articulate why creative is effective.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative on enterprise engagements, partnering directly with customers' lifecycle and marketing teams to accelerate the adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform.
  • Understand each brand's identity, engagement goals, and constraints to build agentic workflows, prompts, reference libraries, and guardrails that produce on-brand creative.
  • Produce creative work that turns customer curiosity into conviction and proves the platform's capabilities.
  • Partner with customers on A/B tests, iterate on creative based on results, and build playbooks for driving opens, clicks, and conversions with AI.
  • Act as the creative voice closest to product and engineering, spotting friction, refining workflows, and helping shape model behavior.
  • Document successful patterns, share them with the team, and build a knowledge base for scaling creative expertise across customer onboardings.
