About The Position

My Little Home is a Saudi retail and e-commerce company that has operated in home textiles and accessories since 1997, specializing in premium bedding and bath linens. The AI Content & Video Producer creates AI-generated video and visual content for social media, websites, and advertising. The role covers the complete production process, from scripting and prompting through voiceovers and editing to final delivery, and includes testing AI tools and workflows. The producer collaborates with the Art Director and Marketing Manager and ensures content follows brand guidelines and creative standards. The role can be performed remotely and involves managing multiple projects independently.

Success is measured by the volume and quality of content produced, brand compliance, social engagement, contribution to traffic, leads, and sales, production turnaround time, and cost reductions from AI workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on, proven experience in media production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to create mood boards and develop visual concepts.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content narrative.
• Strong understanding of composition, framing, lighting, color theory, and color grading for photography and videography.
• At least 2 years of experience in content creation, video production, creative design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI image and video generation tools.
• Ability to write professional prompts in both Arabic and English.
• Experience creating AI-generated human characters and maintaining visual consistency.
• Experience producing short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with voice generation, video editing, and creative storytelling.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Veo, Kling, Hailuo, Leonardo AI, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and advertising campaigns.
• Generate realistic lifestyle images featuring Saudi homes, families, and female characters.
• Develop consistent AI characters and storytelling concepts across multiple content series.
• Create product-focused visualizations, mockups, and promotional creatives.
• Produce complete video content, including scripting, prompting, voiceovers, editing, and final delivery.
• Create visual assets for social media, website banners, landing pages, and paid advertising.
• Research, test, and implement new AI tools, workflows, and creative technologies.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and Marketing Manager to execute content and campaign strategies.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and creative standards.
