About The Position

The Assistant Video Content Producer supports video production across pre-production, on-set execution, media management, and post-production. The role assists with production setup and breakdown, on-set capture and logistics, organizing footage and project files, and editing and delivery workflows. It also supports e-commerce, internal, event, and special-project video needs, while developing technical skills across capture, lighting, audio, editing, and post-production. Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role.

Requirements

• Prior internships and/or related experience in video or media production.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Consistent in-office presence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with video-production setup and breakdown, including cameras, lighting, audio, and related equipment.
• Support on-set capture, camera operation, production logistics, and general crew needs as assigned.
• Organize footage, project files, media transfers, and basic project assets.
• Assist with editing, selects, revisions, exports, and versioning in Adobe Premiere Pro and related tools.
• Maintain organized equipment storage and help track production supplies, batteries, media, cables, and accessories.
• Support e-commerce, internal, event, and special-project video needs.
• Follow established production, file-management, equipment, and delivery standards.
• Develop technical skills across capture, lighting, audio, editing, and post-production workflows.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
