About The Position

SAP NS2 is an independent U.S. subsidiary of SAP that provides SAP solutions with specialized security and support for U.S. national security and critical infrastructure customers. This role requires access to customer data, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

The AI Consultant Specialist works independently and collaboratively on moderately complex projects, solving problems and improving systems and processes. The role involves exploring Business AI trends and best practices, learning SAP NS2’s SAP AI and Business Technology Platform (BTP) systems, and identifying opportunities to integrate AI and data analytics. In collaboration with engineering teams and customers, the specialist gathers requirements, translates business challenges into actionable solutions, and helps design AI-powered SAP features and products. The role also includes developing and optimizing machine learning models, applying AI ethics, and working with development teams to support system performance and scalability.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience developing and optimizing machine learning models.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Strong competence with machine learning and AI tools, procedures, and programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience applying recent research breakthroughs to real-world problems to create business value.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship; the role requires access to customer data.
• Agentic AI day-to-day practice.
