About The Position

Aeroseal is looking for an AI & Channel Sales Outreach Intern that will assist us in our mission by developing and implementing AI-driven processes to support the Channel Sales Team in engaging engineering firms, increasing Lunch & Learn activity, and improving Aeroseal specification within the engineering community. This role will focus on building scalable outreach workflows, enhancing messaging, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in market education efforts.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, CRM integrations) and process automation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data organization principles
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop an AI-assisted outreach process to identify and engage engineering firms and key decision-makers
  • Support the Channel Sales Team in building and prioritizing target account lists across key verticals and regions
  • Create and test personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, follow-ups) using AI tools
  • Build and standardize workflows for scheduling, executing, and tracking Lunch & Learn presentations
  • Assist in developing technical content and educational materials for engineers (presentations, case studies, summaries)
  • Track outreach activities and engagement metrics in Salesforce, including meetings, Lunch & Learns, and opportunities identified
  • Develop reporting dashboards to measure outreach success, conversion rates, and program effectiveness
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend AI-driven automation solutions
  • Document workflows and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for long-term adoption by the Channel Sales Team
  • Present findings, tools, and recommendations to Channel Sales leadership at the conclusion of the internship
