About The Position

The AI Change Senior Manager is responsible for translating enterprise AI change strategy into coherent behavior-based activation plans and executing them. This role ensures that plans reinforce the same direction of change across leadership behaviors, incentives, communications, and operating rhythms. This role exists to make the AI change system work day-to-day: preventing fragmentation, monitoring how activities are landing across the organization, and applying judgment to sequencing and emphasis, so AI and data change efforts move faster together than they would independently.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience partnering with C-level leaders, founders, and executives to shape and amplify strategic narratives while navigating internal alignment and constraints.
  • Ability to read the room in complex, matrixed environments—aligning stakeholders with competing incentives, anticipating resistance, and sequencing actions for maximum pull.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and connect the dots across initiatives to drive clarity and coherence.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments (0→1 or 1→n), ideally in data, AI, or emerging tech, and are comfortable building while executing.
  • Continuous learner and engage in the AI/data space beyond your core role (e.g., conferences, speaking, writing, mentoring, or community involvement), bringing fresh perspectives to your work.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree

  • Monitor adoption, engagement, and sentiment signals (qualitative and quantitative) to understand how change is landing.

  • Act as a connective tissue across teams without adding process or friction.
  • Prepare materials, framing, and follow-through for senior leadership working sessions.
