Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields
Must be in their third or fourth year of study for a Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing a Master's degree
Experience with AI and Machine Learning technology and applications
Experience with AI Development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
Experience with Prompt Engineering
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with ambiguous or evolving requirements
Proficiency in using AI tools to improve efficiency and accelerate deliverables

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Interface IP and its significance in the Semiconductor industry
Understanding of common Interface IPs such as PCIe, DDR, HBM, USB, UCIe, and MIPI and their role in SoC development
Knowledge of IP design and/or ASIC/SoC flow, VLSI
Knowledge of SoC Development cycle
Experience with data analysis and presentation development
Interest in process optimization, automation, and workflow improvement
Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed
Resourceful and comfortable taking ownership of diverse and sometimes loosely defined tasks
Ability to take broad or unstructured requirements, organize them into clear action plans, and drive them to completion with minimal supervision
Maintains a positive, professional attitude when working through complex processes

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy GenAI Agentic Skills and automation tools to tackle complex business and customer challenges
Collaborate with Application Engineers and stakeholders to define requirements and create technical specifications for AI solutions
Develop workflow automation solutions using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and efficiency of technical support and increase customer satisfaction
Make impactful contributions to process improvements by generating data-driven insights, analysis, and reports
Support a wide range of projects including data analysis, presentation development, process improvement, and automation tool creation
Help coordinate administrative and operational activities across cross-functional teams, demonstrating persistence in overcoming organizational challenges
