About The Position

This role focuses on leveraging Artificial Intelligence and automation to improve business efficiency. The analyst will identify and implement automation opportunities, support the rollout of AI-enabled tools, and build partnerships across departments. The goal is to reduce manual work, contribute to measurable improvements in productivity and operational effectiveness, and become a trusted resource for business process optimization and technology adoption.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting automation, workflow optimization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business systems.
• Exposure to Agile project delivery or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
