This role supports day-to-day operations by managing files, drafting content, processing data, and maintaining organized workflows through AI-assisted tools. Operating with a balance of autonomy and collaboration, this position plays a key role in reducing administrative burden, improving efficiency, and enabling human team members to focus on higher-value work. Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or certificate program in IT, Business, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with desktop operating systems (Windows or macOS) and productivity tools (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows accurately
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency while maintaining quality
- Basic written communication skills for drafting summaries, emails, and reports
- Comfort working independently with clear guidelines, while escalating ambiguous tasks when needed
- Interest in learning automation, AI workflows, and enterprise productivity tools
