About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI & Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automated processes and artificial intelligence solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of AI and automation technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency in our healthcare services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop solutions to address them
• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends that can be used to optimize processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in AI and automation technologies and make recommendations for their implementation in our organization
• Train and support team members on the use of AI and automation tools and processes
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI and automation systems to ensure their smooth functioning
• Document processes and procedures related to AI and automation solutions for future reference
