About The Position

Atos is seeking an experienced AI Architect with 10+ years of architecture experience and 3+ years in AI solutions to lead enterprise AI and Copilot transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Microsoft/GitHub Copilot, designing agentic AI solutions, and establishing AI architecture, governance, and adoption frameworks at scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of solution/enterprise architecture experience.
• 3+ years of AI architecture and implementation experience.
• Experience implementing and scaling Microsoft/GitHub Copilot.
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI and autonomous workflows
• Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering (Zero-shot, Few-shot, Chain-of-Thought)
• Strong expertise in Python development
• Strong expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Strong expertise in Vector databases
• Strong expertise in Cloud-based AI deployments
• Experience defining AI governance, standards, and best practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with enterprise AI adoption and change management programs.
• Experience building productivity accelerators using Copilot.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, governance, and production deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Design and implement autonomous agent workflows and Copilot-driven solutions.
• Establish prompt engineering strategies, reusable prompt libraries, and guardrails.
• Architect RAG solutions and AI orchestration frameworks using Python and technologies such as LangChain.
• Drive enterprise Copilot adoption, productivity measurement, and AI best practices.
