AI & API Automation Tester
About The Position
Infosys Public Services is seeking an AI & API Automation Tester to develop an AI program focused on automating requirements and test case preparation. The role uses Visual Studio Code, Python, Copilot AI, and other client-provided tools. The tester will develop and integrate AI-enabled automation solutions and ensure they can run on client-issued laptops within approved security and environment constraints. The role also includes training designated team members and creating materials and documentation to support knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance. The position entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, and communicating by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required, and relocation and/or travel to a work or project location may be required.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of specialized AI development experience in technology or software development using Visual Studio Code, APIs, Python, Selenium, Databricks, and Copilot, among other tools.
- A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive, relevant experience in lieu of each year of education.
- Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.

- Candidates who have completed a master's degree program are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Selenium test automation scripts using Python and available AI models and LLMs to accelerate script creation, maintenance, and self-healing.
- Build solutions using Visual Studio Code, Python, and related technologies to use generative AI and LLMs, such as GitHub Copilot and Databricks.
- Integrate the existing Python test automation framework with AI-based solutions to improve coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
- Ensure AI scripts and programs are executable on client-issued laptops within approved security and environment constraints.
- Train designated team members to execute, troubleshoot, and maintain AI scripts and programs.
- Develop training materials and documentation to support knowledge transfer and long-term maintenance.
