You will be responsible for embedding quality management considerations into the AI and automation strategy, ensuring all solutions adhere to professional standards (GAAS/GAGAS) and firm methodology, prioritizing quality while driving innovation. The role also entails operational excellence by serving as a primary contact for engagement teams, offering continuous support, documentation, and training. Furthermore, you will lead change management efforts by creating and maintaining diverse training materials, championing adoption among engagement teams, and developing training aligned with methodology updates.
