About The Position

The AI & Automation Manager will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, automation, and business transformation—partnering closely with teams across HR, Finance, and Operations to identify opportunities, build scalable solutions, and drive responsible adoption of AI technologies.

You’ll play a key role in expanding enterprise automation capabilities, integrating AI tools into core workflows, and ensuring solutions are secure, practical, and aligned with business goals. This is a hands-on role focused on building and delivering high-impact solutions, with strategy evolving alongside execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 4–7+ years of experience building automation, integrations, or technical solutions in a business environment
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar)
• Experience working with AI tools or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or comparable platforms)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
• Experience integrating systems using APIs, webhooks, or middleware
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with LLM concepts (prompting, RAG, or agent-based workflows)
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Experience in real estate, property management, or operationally complex environments
• Familiarity with data security, access controls, and responsible AI practices

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and execute a practical roadmap for AI and automation
• Identify high-impact opportunities to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and streamline operations
• Design and build end-to-end automation solutions across HR, Finance, and Operations
• Develop AI-powered tools (e.g., internal agents, document processing, workflow support)
• Apply LLMs and techniques like RAG to improve accuracy and usability
• Map business processes, identify bottlenecks, and translate them into scalable workflows
• Integrate across enterprise systems (Microsoft 365, APIs, internal platforms) to enable seamless data flow
• Establish guardrails for responsible AI use, partnering with IT and security teams
• Track impact (e.g., time saved, error reduction) and continuously optimize solutions for performance and cost
• Drive adoption through training, documentation, and hands-on support
• Act as a trusted partner to the business—balancing experimentation with structure
