About The Position

Test two AI agents side by side by using them to complete everyday real-world errands from a user’s perspective. Work on scenarios such as bills, returns, email follow-ups, bookings, shopping, groceries, travel, family logistics, outings, and forms. Approve or stop agents at key steps, screen record every attempt, and score each run for completion, quality, control issues, satisfaction, and time. Provide clear written feedback about the agent experience. Each run takes approximately 1.5 hours, including evidence and scoring. The project is already active; selected candidates receive an offer and complete onboarding within 24–48 hours, then begin tasking when assignments are available. Work is entirely from a smartphone and can be done on the worker’s schedule.

Requirements

Be based in the United States.
Have a Bachelor’s degree.
Already use AI in daily life.
Have 2–3 years of experience; engineering, business management, or office/operations experience is preferred.
Be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions and document each step.
Have clear written communication skills.
Have an active personal AI assistant account with Plus tier.
Have active Muse and Dots access.
Have a smartphone capable of screen recording.
Have a payment card available for test purchases; purchases are reimbursed afterward.

Nice To Haves

Experience in engineering, business management, or office/operations.
Domain expertise; generalists are also welcome.
