About The Position

Koniag IT Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist with an active TS/SCI clearance or TS clearance with SCI eligibility to support KITS and its government customer at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia. The role provides embedded, hands-on support to accelerate the integration and operational use of artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, and related tools across Air Combat Command (ACC) HQ A3 staff at JBLE and, as directed, virtually to ACC directorates and branches. The specialist works alongside mission personnel to understand workflows, identify practical opportunities, and build user proficiency through applied instruction and collaborative solution development. Practical proficiency and the ability to foster adoption are emphasized over deep subject-matter expertise. The specialist acts as a trusted advisor, supporting the identification, prototyping, integration, and sustained use of AI/RPA tools in daily operations. The work involves user engagement and mission-driven technical support in classified and unclassified environments, while meeting cybersecurity, data governance, and classification requirements. The primary work location is a government-provided office in a secure facility at JBLE. The role requires regular work in SCIFs and other secure spaces, with access to NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and collaboration tools. In-person attendance is required during normal duty hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Travel may be required to support ACC directorates and wing adoption activities. Telework is not available for unclassified administrative tasks, and classified work must be performed on-site in approved facilities. Occasional extended hours and early morning or evening meetings may be needed to support mission deadlines, operational events, or ACC schedules across time zones. The position requires sitting, standing, and computer use for extended periods, as well as lifting and transporting training materials and equipment as needed.
