About The Position

The purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications. This role will coach Product, Agile, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and UX teams on AI-assisted ways of working. The AI Adoption Leader will develop and execute the AI-DLC change management, communications, and adoption strategy. They will build awareness through leadership briefings, town halls, success stories, and learning campaigns, and establish AI Champions and Communities of Practice across business and technology teams. The role involves measuring adoption, behavioral changes, and AI-DLC maturity across the product organization, acting as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and delivery teams, and producing executive dashboards highlighting adoption, productivity, quality, and business value outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
• 10+ years in Product Delivery, Agile Transformation, Change Management, or Digital Transformation leadership
• Experience in leading organizational transformation programs
• Experience driving adoption of AI, Agile, DevOps, or productivity platforms
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• GenAI for Internet Software Products
• 8-10 Years experience

Nice To Haves

• Prosci, SAFe SPC, Agile Coaching, or Change Management certification
• Experience within Financial Services or highly regulated industries
• Exposure to AI transformation initiatives
