About The Position

Manage the Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Quality Control and Supplier Quality Engineering activities and resources, ensuring that the responsibilities are met effectively, timely and with efficiency at the lowest possible cost. Lead efforts to troubleshoot and correct problems detected and/or reported internally and/or by the customer and to develop and implement preventive and quality improvement actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing Engineering; Public Accounting; or Business Administration.
  • Five years minimum experience on a manufacturing facility in Quality Engineering environment.
  • MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word)

  • Monitor KPI metrics and daily operations performance; ensure accurate calculation and reporting.
  • Collect, review, and consolidate performance data for internal and customer reporting.
  • Support PM team in organizing meetings, tracking action items, and updating dashboards.
  • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports and presentations for customers.
  • Support documentation of project timelines, action plans, and project databases.
  • Participate in quality-related initiatives, audits, and training activities as directed.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of quality management principles and KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Track, review, and analyze KPIs, performance dashboards, and issue logs. Detect trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Compile operational and quality data into internal and external reports. Prepare executive presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews, management meetings, or customer updates.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a site-wide Quality Strategy and tactical model. Establish standards, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and drive improvement initiatives based on data analysis and audit findings. Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Support PM teams in meetings with customers, providing status updates and addressing inquiries. Act as the point of contact for quality-related escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support planning, timelines, and action plans for new and ongoing projects. Maintain project databases, documentation, and repositories for current and future business.
  • Develop and maintain databases for training, organizational development, and quality prevention/detection. Ensure teams are aware of quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in business campaigns to support customer growth initiatives. Provide insights from quality data to help identify new opportunities for improvement or expansion.
