About The Position

Join our team as a Sales Agronomist! In this role, you'll provide expert agronomic advice and sell crop inputs and services—seed, nutrients, crop protection products, custom application, and precision ag solutions—to customers. You'll build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver value-added solutions. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about supporting local farmers, building lasting relationships in our communities, and becoming a trusted partner for area growers. Strong ties to the local ag community are highly valued.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Advise customers on agronomy products and services
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans
