About The Position

Join an agriculture cooperative as an Agronomy Operations Specialist, supporting the daily operations of the agronomy department. Requirements

• CDL or ability to obtain one.
• Applicator or handler license, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to operate various types of equipment with mechanical proficiency.
• Willingness to learn about, or familiarity with, crop chemicals and farming practices.
• Competence in basic mathematical operations.
• Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing application technologies and seasonal workload variations.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as the job demands.
• Ability to work in outdoor elements.

Responsibilities

• Operate various equipment and automated systems safely and accurately.
• Perform equipment and facility maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Manage high-value products accurately to prevent loss, damage, or accidents.
• Follow and enforce safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
