About The Position

Centra Sota Cooperative is seeking a dependable Agronomy Applicator to safely, accurately, and efficiently apply plant nutrients and crop protection products to customer’s fields, while assisting with maintenance and shop operations. This role offers a mix of spraying, customer interaction, and hands-on work in the shop and yard — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork. Centra Sota Cooperative’s vision is to improve lives and create a more vibrant future for farmers, families, and communities in Central MN.

Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL with tanker endorsement and DOT medical certification.
• Team player who’s willing to “wrench” and assist in the shop when needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with basic computer and mobile technology.
