This is a 12-16 week internship program focused on gaining hands-on experience in agriculture sales and operations. The program, called PLOT (Professional Leaders of Tomorrow), allows interns to work on a key project, develop new skills, apply learned knowledge, and present findings to leadership. Interns will also connect with other interns and attend learning sessions. Successful completion can earn a scholarship of $1,000 to $3,000.
