Requirements

Strong mechanical inclination
Focus on working accurately, safely, and efficiently

Intermediate computer skills

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and repair customer equipment using advanced diagnostic software.
Service John Deere equipment and potentially other lines of equipment.
Maintain a high level of efficiency and knowledge, staying updated on industry technological advancements.
Work flexibly within the shop or in the field.
Provide support to farmers during critical points of the season.
Work extended hours during the farming season, including evenings and weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation.
