JCB is seeking an Agricultural Product Sales Specialist to grow its North America's heavyline product sales and market share. This role involves supporting territory management, the dealer distribution network, and key accounts to ensure long-term business success and profitability. The specialist will be responsible for developing the sales strategy for construction sector products, leading sales growth for Heavyline products (including Large Wheel Loaders, Large Excavators, and the Hydradig/Pothole Pro), and managing factory build allocations for the dealer channel. The position requires consistent achievement of sales targets, building strategic relationships within dealer networks, forecasting and reporting sales activities, identifying opportunities for revenue improvement, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of JCB products. The role also involves feeding into the dealer pipeline and proactively assisting the organization in achieving its 5-Year growth goals.
