About The Position
WCTractor is an established equipment dealership with ten locations all over Texas. When you join WCTractor, you will work alongside leaders who set the standards responsible for our reputation as an industry leader. As an Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative with WCTractor, you will generate new leads and grow our current customer base. Ideal candidates will be motivated, self-directed individuals. This is a commission-based position. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as superb interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Associates degree
- Hay equipment knowledge/sales experience a plus
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Competency in Microsoft and Google applications
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Generate leads
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
- Prepare paperwork
- Maintain client records
- Maintain knowledge of current and new inventory
