In this role, you will spend most of your time with customers, visiting farms, learning about their goals, recommending equipment solutions, discussing parts or service needs, reviewing trade opportunities, and demonstrating new equipment. You will stay connected to your assigned accounts while partnering internally with service, parts, technology, and sales leadership to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who enjoys helping customers grow their operation while building a strong book of business. Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: grow the relationship, solve problems, and take care of the customer.
