The Agriculture Tech is responsible for the general maintenance of the garden for guests’ enjoyment and the needs of the culinary team. Requirements

Must have a general knowledge of or interest in organic farming methods
Must be able to communicate with all levels of Team Members and Guests in a professional and courteous manner
Basic understanding of math
Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

Nice To Haves

Equipment operation, specifically tractor, the experience is preferred
Ability to engage with visiting guests and children

Responsibilities

Perform daily tasks about the upkeep of the culinary garden
Water plants as necessary
Maintain a chemical-free garden
Harvest product daily
General garden maintenance including hand weeding, staking and trellising, mowing, weed eating, bed preparation, laying compost, transplanting, etc.
Compost management, including the daily collection of kitchen waste.
Daily harvest to fill kitchen orders, including trimming, cleaning, and delivery of garden produce
Organization and maintenance of garden-related tools and equipment
Interact with guests and team members when necessary
Other duties as deemed necessary.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position.
Work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.
