Guided by the Jewish tradition of helping all people, Aging Services at JFCS empowers older adults and their families to meet the challenges of aging with dignity, respect, and purpose. Through case management, counseling, education, and resource navigation, the program supports aging adults in maintaining independence, enhancing quality of life, and accessing essential services. The Aging Services Case Manager provides strengths-based case management and supportive counseling to older adults and their families. This position plays a key role in helping clients navigate complex systems, build coping skills, and access vital resources to age safely and meaningfully. Services may be provided in a variety of settings, including in-office, in-home, and in the community.
