  • Enterprise Agile/Product Leadership: 10+ years leading Agile product organizations and transformations; proven success coaching executives, portfolios, ARTs, and teams.
  • SAFe at Scale: 5+ years implementing SAFe across portfolios/value streams; hands-on with PI Planning, ART operations, and Inspect & Adapt.
  • Strategy–Execution Alignment: Expertise in Lean Portfolio Management and outcome-based governance; able to connect investments to measurable customer value.
  • Practice Development & Enablement: Experience creating standards, building CoPs, and institutionalizing practices through LACE and training programs.
  • Technology & Flow: Strong partnership with Architecture/DevOps/Security; familiarity with CI/CD, automation, Agile tooling (Azure DevOps, Jira), and flow metrics.
  • Scale & Complexity: Success in global, distributed environments and complex, multi-team delivery.
