About The Position

This is a 12-month contract position for an Onsite/Local Government Agile Scrum Master with experience in ERP, Azure DevOps, Scrum Ceremonies, DB Querying/Programming, and Waterfall methodologies. The role requires the candidate to be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC at their own expense. This is a repost of a previous position due to failed onboarding/unsuccessful interviews. No remote work is allowed.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Experience as a Scrum Master
• 3+ Years of Experience with Azure DevOps
• 3+ Years of Experience with Leading Scrum Ceremonies
• 3+ Years of Experience with DB Querying and Programming
• 3+ Years of Experience with Agile Project Management Tools
• 3+ Years of Experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall)
• Bachelor's Degree – field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certification in Agile methodologies, like Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Government Experience
• ERP Experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum activities such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Ensure team follows Scrum framework and agile principles.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospective and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
