About The Position
Seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master / Project Manager with strong Change Management expertise to lead end-to-end technology projects in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will manage project execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, financial tracking, and drive successful technology delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- Strong Change Management experience (Must Have)
- Agile Scrum Master certification (Required)
- Experience leading Agile/Lean Agile delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder, risk, issue, and financial management
- Experience managing multiple technology projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice To Haves
- Banking/Financial Services experience
- SAFe methodology experience
- PMP Certification
- RTE experience
