About The Position

One of our direct client is urgently looking for a Agile Scrum Master @Denver, CO. TITLE: Agile Scrum Master LOCATION: Denver, CO. Duration: 6+ Months Position Summary: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Scrum Master should conduct all the ceremonies of an agile development cycle such as PI planning, daily standups, feature refinements, sprint planning, sprint demos, sprint retrospect. · Document the action items from the various meetings and following up with the respective stakeholders · Develop trusted relationship with project and program stakeholders · Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication · Assist leadership with onboarding and training the staff and contractors as needed · Experience working within various project management methodologies, preferably SAFe Agile methodologies · Continuous professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and project management best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Program or Project management experience 7+ years
  • Experience in consulting in large corporations, preferably in Telecom domain
  • SAFe Agile certifications such as CSM, PO/PM
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
  • Strong relationship management skills - able to set priorities, influence others, manage customer expectations and effect change through influence and partnership
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams), Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet, JIRA, Jira Align etc.
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
