About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MLOps, and software engineering, with the ability to deliver production-ready AI applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and production ML deployments
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, data processing, and software development best practices
• Technical Skills: Languages: Python, SQL
• AI/ML: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Git, CI/CD, Terraform
• Data Technologies: Oracle, Spark, Redis Vector DB, MongoDB

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude), Prompt Engineering, and RAG
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and MLOps platforms
• Experience with vector databases, large-scale data processing, and regulated industries such as financial services
• Preferred Languages: Java/JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy ML models for prediction, recommendation, forecasting, and anomaly detection
• Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and implement RAG architectures leveraging vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications
• Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, responsible AI, and model risk management standards
• Mentor team members and contribute to AI/ML best practices
