About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Scrum Master / Business Analyst for a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week) with a Global Financial Institution located in Newark, DE. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The Fraud Technology team is looking for a mid to senior level professional to serve as a Scrum Master (60-70%) and Business Analyst (30-40%). The Scrum Master will be responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams. This role ensures impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows agreed-to processes, and acts as an Agile Coach to empower the team to become self-managing.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst
• 4+ years as a Scrum Master for multiple teams
• Experience with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, and ALM
• Experience leading agile development teams comprised of developers, analysts, product owners, and testers
• Hands-on knowledge of the agile process and ceremonies including iteration planning, sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, PI planning sessions, retrospectives, etc.
• Demonstrable experience guiding and coaching multiple teams on Scrum practices
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL / PLSQL
