About The Position
Scrum Master working on development/maintenance projects for Automotive Infotantainment devices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronics,/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software management
- At least 5 years of experience working as a team leader for 5 or more team members
- Project management certification like CSM or PMP
Responsibilities
- Software Team Management
- Software Management
- Interact with Project Lead and Engineering Team leads
- Attend all ET meetings to understand project plan, issues, change in priorities, blockers, support needed
- Plan incoming work into releases and sprints for team to work on
- Coach and train team members to understand Agile processes
- Host daily stand-up meetings.
- Interact with product owner and understand product backlog.
- Support sprint reviews
- Reporting
- Iteration/Sprint planning meetings, Retrospective
- Facilitating in elimination of any blockers for the team to continue work smoothly
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
