Requirements

Strong Agile leadership and facilitation capabilities; ability to coach teams, influence without authority, manage risks and dependencies, and leverage AI tools to generate insights, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams
Experience leading cross-team initiatives
Hands-on use of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance delivery, reporting, and productivity.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire Agile teams to deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive cross-team initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment, transparency, and smooth coordination across stakeholders
Harness AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery, uncover insights, and elevate planning, reporting, and decision-making
Remove roadblocks and champion team success, enabling high-performing teams to thrive and deliver value consistently
Partner with Product Owners and leadership to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and optimize delivery outcomes
Turn data into action by leveraging metrics and analytics to guide decisions, improve predictability, and strengthen delivery performance
