Requirements
- Strong Agile leadership and facilitation capabilities; ability to coach teams, influence without authority, manage risks and dependencies, and leverage AI tools to generate insights, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams
- Experience leading cross-team initiatives
- Hands-on use of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance delivery, reporting, and productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Lead and inspire Agile teams to deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Drive cross-team initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment, transparency, and smooth coordination across stakeholders
- Harness AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery, uncover insights, and elevate planning, reporting, and decision-making
- Remove roadblocks and champion team success, enabling high-performing teams to thrive and deliver value consistently
- Partner with Product Owners and leadership to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and optimize delivery outcomes
- Turn data into action by leveraging metrics and analytics to guide decisions, improve predictability, and strengthen delivery performance
