Agile Project Manager
About The Position
Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an Agile Project Manager to work for our company. The Client Agency is the Defense Logistics Agency. This role involves delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology. The Agile Project Manager will define the roadmap with the product owner for any given product and translate this into user stories, prioritize user stories within the product backlog, and manage a multi-disciplinary team and tests to ensure quality levels are achieved.
Requirements
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
- Certified PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- Two (2) years relevant experience.
- 5+ years of OneStream implementation experience at Federal agencies (preferably DoW), integrated with Federal Financial Management Systems (preferably SAP S/4 HANA).
- Evidence of OneStream Certifications.
- Proven expertise in Federal budgeting processes (formulation and execution).
- Proven expertise in Financial close, consolidation, and reporting complexities.
- Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology.
- Experience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translating this into user stories.
- Experience prioritizing the user stories within product backlog.
- Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience with testing to ensure quality levels.
