About The Position

The Agile ITR (Inquiry-to-Remittance) Lead Engineer is the primary Agile team focal point for Conversions, Modifications, and Uprates (CM&Us) services in the Americas. The role manages work from customer inquiry through order receipt and outage execution and is split approximately 50/50 between assigning and leading work for other ITR engineers and performing hands-on ITR execution. This balance may change according to team needs and individual capabilities. For customer inquiries, the Lead Engineer reviews assigned R1 Gate cases, confirms requirements, clarifies scope, and provides actionable handovers to ITR engineers for proposal development. The Lead Engineer provides guidance and oversight during proposal preparation and customer negotiations. Upon order receipt, the Lead Engineer reviews R3 Gate requests, manages assignments, and resolves project escalations. The role also drives KPI excellence and participates in global continuous-improvement work. The position collaborates with Design Engineering, Sales, Commercial, Project Management, Field Services, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders. It requires technical judgment, effective coordination across a matrix organization, and a customer-focused approach to process and project delivery.
