About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Coach for a hybrid position (3 days per week) with a Global Financial Institution. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role is responsible for optimizing the flow of epics/features and the value delivered by a smaller Agile Release Train (ART), and is focused on serving the needs of the train to drive performance and growth. The Agile Coach works at the program level, supporting all teams on the Agile Release Train and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a similar capacity
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira
Background as an Agile Scrum Master
Experience as an Agile Coach

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in a technical field

Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate ART ceremonies
Manage dependencies across teams in the ART
Provide visibility into the health of epic/feature delivery and the overall program increment
Ensure impediments to epic/feature delivery are resolved quickly
Protect teams from outside disruptions to delivery
Manage financials for the ART and assist with resource planning
Promote and coach the Agile mindset and principles, empowering individual teams to become self-managing
