At Mindex, Agile Coaches help teams improve delivery in practical, sustainable ways. This is a hands-on coaching role for someone who leads with listening, curiosity, humility, and relationship-building, and who works alongside teams to strengthen execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Rather than enforcing a fixed Agile model, you will help teams build ways of working that fit their goals, constraints, and operating environment. You will support a small set of related teams as needs evolve, partnering with client stakeholders and internal coaching leaders to create clarity, improve flow, and help teams take greater ownership of their outcomes. This role requires someone who can build trust before driving change, understand the broader system teams are operating within, and help teams navigate real-world constraints in a thoughtful, collaborative way.
