About The Position

Carew Concrete is seeking a qualified Aggregates Foreman to lead one of their Crushing Crews in Appleton, WI. This role involves operating and maintaining crushing equipment, medium to large end loaders, and working as part of a crushing crew. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and a strong focus on safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class D Driver’s license
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and aggregate crushing spreads
• Ability to use effective written and/or oral communication skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and keep up to date with current standards

Nice To Haves

• Ability to operate forklifts and end-loaders
