About The Position

BARD Materials is seeking an Aggregate Production Operator to safely and efficiently load materials and support aggregate production operations. The role involves operating and maintaining heavy equipment while maximizing productivity and efficiency. The operator follows instructions, works collaboratively with the production team, and upholds BARD’s Core Values, including owning safety, committing to quality, focusing on the customer, and acting as one team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid CDL license.
• Ability to understand material flow and stockpile management.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment.
• Previous experience in aggregate production or open pit mining operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate materials into trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles as directed.
• Use equipment in a way that maximizes productivity and minimizes downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loader equipment.
• Promptly report mechanical or maintenance issues.
• Assist with other mobile plant equipment operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Abide by MSHA regulations specified in the MSHA handbook.
• Follow directions and work collaboratively with the production team.
